Masterpieces of the Father

Preacher:
Passage: 1 Peter 1:22-25, 1 Peter 2:1-10
Service Type:

Through the scrap heap of broken humanity, our Heavenly Father walked and found pearls of great worth and precious treasures and, at the cost of His Son’s life, purchased us as His own. Having redeemed us, adopted us, cleansed us, forgiven us, imputed to us his righteousness, and given us His Spirit, he now works meticulously and ceaselessly to bring us to full, Glory-reflecting completion.

“I’m fully convinced that the One who began this glorious work in you will faithfully continue the process of maturing you and will put his finishing touches to it until the unveiling of our Lord Jesus Christ.” Philippians 1:6, TPT

“We can all draw close to [Jesus] with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:18, TPT.
