We are the Vineyard Church of the Peninsula, a small church group currently meeting at The WorkPlace in Newport News, as well as online via Zoom. We are members of the growing Community of Churches called ‘Vineyard’ across the US and beyond. As a church of families, we like to celebrate the life Jesus has given us. Ours is a contemporary, casual service when we meet on Sundays at 10 AM. We try to focus on making our 21st Century lives work with The Bible as a ‘Life Bible’. At the end of the teaching, we pray for and encourage one another.
Whether you just moved to Hampton Roads, got transferred here, have lived here forever, or are just vacationing here, we’re always excited to include new folks in our family. So, the welcome is sincere. Drop us a line if you’d like more information.

Where We Meet

Our hybrid services meet Sunday mornings at 10:00 am, both in person, as well as via Zoom. We meet in the conference room at the Work/Place at Oyster Point, located in the City Center area of Newport News.

Entering the Building

Turn into the driveway at the clock tower off of Thimble Shoals Blvd, then enter the parking lot on the left, around the back of the building. We have a small sign on the door where you enter in. Once you arrive, you may knock on the door for someone to let you in.

If you prefer to join us on Zoom, please send us an email and we will send you the link.
