Creation was intense. The fall of mankind was intense. Holiness interacting with mankind has always been intense. Jesus being sent, being born, being human, being crucified, rising again: all that was very intense. Our redemption from the slavery to sin continues to be ‘warfaringly’ intense. Accepting our ‘all things made new’ standing is intense. Allowing ourselves to be embraced by the kind of love included in our inheritance is intense. Parts of this earthly journey to the Father’s heart are intense. Most important for us to know, Love will see us safely home. And that, too, is intense!
